About the Assignment
Civic Voice invites qualified firms, agencies, and individual consultants to submit Expressions of Interest for the comprehensive revamp and development of its existing website.
The successful service provider will redesign and upgrade the website to create a modern, user-friendly, mobile-first, accessible, secure and easily maintainable digital platform that effectively showcases Civic Voice’s programmes, research, publications, impact stories and opportunities for engagement.
Key Areas of Work
The assignment will include:
- Website audit, discovery and strategy
- UX/UI design and mobile-first development
- CMS development and content migration
- Website functionality and integrations
- Accessibility, security and performance optimisation
- Testing and quality assurance
- SEO, analytics and search console integration
- Website launch and technical handover
- Staff training and post-launch support
Who Can Apply?
Applicants should:
- Have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in website design and development
- Provide a portfolio of at least 3 comparable websites, preferably for NGOs, CSOs or mission-driven organisations
- Demonstrate expertise in UX/UI design, web development, content management and project management
- Demonstrate knowledge of web accessibility and security best practices
- Be legally registered and able to provide the required statutory documentation
- Commit to ethical conduct and safeguarding principles
